Cola Chicken Recipe
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can diet soda
1 cup ketchup
1 green pepper sliced
1 onion sliced
Mix coke & ketchup together in large pan. Add onions & peppers. Bring to a boil and add the chicken breasts. Simmer covered about 1 hour.
Remove the chicken and cook the sauce with the lid off until it thickens.
Serve with rice.
** According to my calculations 4 Weight Watchers points per chicken breast **
