Southern-Style Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
1/2 t. all purpose flour
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
3 oz. buttermilk
3/4 c corn flakes crumbs
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 350. lightly spray 8x8x2 inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.

Combine flour, salt & cayenne pepper together in medium sized bowl. Place buttermilk and corn flake crumbs in 2 separate shallow bowls.

Roll chicken in flour mixture and evenly coat both sides. Next dip chicken in buttermilk and then corn flake crumbs.

Place coated chicken breasts in prepared baking dish. Bake until chicken is tender and no longer pink, about 20 minutes. No need to turn chicken during baking.

** Accourding to my calculations 1 breasts = 4 Weight watchers points **
